Effective Date: March 1, 2026
All orders are processed within five (5) business days, defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing time refers strictly to order preparation, inspection, packaging, and fulfillment handling. Carrier transit time is separate and begins once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
A flat shipping fee of $10.00 USD per order applies to all domestic shipments, regardless of order size, quantity, or weight. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Phyalex Shop reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service level at its sole discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Phyalex Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged due to carrier handling, notification must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of packaging and contents.

Due to price volatility, grading subjectivity, and collectible condition sensitivity, returns are not permitted under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.
