All sales are final. Phyalex Shop does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been successfully processed.

Products offered include collectible and market-sensitive goods, such as trading cards, sealed collectible products, and LEGO items. Due to price volatility, grading subjectivity, and collectible condition sensitivity, returns are not permitted under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.

Customers acknowledge that they have carefully reviewed product descriptions, images, and stated condition prior to completing their purchase.

Minor manufacturing imperfections, factory sealing variations, packaging wear, or distributor-related cosmetic issues do not constitute defects.

In the event of carrier-related physical damage, customers must notify Phyalex Shop within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery and provide detailed photographic documentation.

Customers are encouraged to contact the business directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
